李欧妮·史匹克曼, 总经理
李欧妮出生于德国杜塞尔多夫，作为一位思维灵活并颇具前瞻性的艺术爱好者，她在艺术及商业领域的杰出管理才能，带领公司蓬勃发展。
艺术之门成立于2013年，目前拥有5名员工，公司客户包括40家德国和国际企业、机构及个人。公司与150多名中国艺术家及收藏家以及柏林自由大学的讲师合作完成了众多项目、活动。
李欧妮在艺术与商业领域拥有超过13年的国际化职业经验,
在新加坡、英国及法国生活、工作五年曾任职于欧莱雅、施华蔻与汉高及北威州艺术品收藏博物馆获得德国、英国及法国的三个国际管理学硕士学位，
李欧妮在欧莱雅、施华蔻&汉高担任了五年品牌经理后，选择了在热爱的艺术领域里继续自己的职业生涯，出任北威州艺术品收藏博物馆赞助商管理负责人。这期间，她为九百多位VIP客户及收藏家组织举办了超过100多个艺术项目及活动。
2013年1月，李欧妮创办了艺术之门咨询公司，公司专注于提供以价值为导向的公共关系咨询服务。艺术之门为客户量身定做市场营销项目，提供着眼未来的创新活动项目，为新产品、服务打造创新的宣传平台。
